Delivery can be made to all of the following areas, you will need to choose the correct delivery area to gain a price and options for shipping –
UK Mainland (exc. Scottish Highlands and Islands)
UK – Scottish Highlands
UK – Scottish Islands
UK – Scilly Isles
UK – Isle of Wight
UK – Isle of Man
UK – Northern Ireland
All deliveries must be signed for and please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your order.
'Free Delivery' is an 'offer' fixed for the UK (excluding Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle Of Man, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland), on particular products displaying 'FREE DELIVERY'. However you will have to pay a delivery charge on any additional items in your basket that are not part of this offer. Typical 'free delivery' time scales are 5 to 7 working days.
'Standard Delivery' is calculated on weight and has a minimum charge of £15.00 for the UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland). The delivery charge will increase as the total weight of the order increases. Delivery will normally be 1 to 2 working days for UK Mainland, if the order is received by 12:00 noon.
When you add products to the order basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be calculated once you have input your delivery details. Please double check the charge by clicking “Re-calculate”. You will always be able to see all applicable charges before submitting your order.
How We Deliver
All products are delivered by courier. Once your order is in progress you will have options to make changes or upgrade directly with the courier. Very occasionally different products in the same order may be delivered separately.
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (but excluding bank holidays). If you order after 12.00pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day. Deliveries may take a little longer than stated over the Christmas, Bank Holiday and Easter periods.
Free Delivery (where applicable) – 5 to 7 working days.
Standard Delivery – 1 to 2 working days
You will receive an email from the courier company (normally Interlink Express) when it is collected from us. This will contain a link to the courier's website, a parcel number, so that you can track your order right to your doorstep, and an estimated day and time slot for delivery (which you can change to within a couple of days of the specified date if you should wish). Standard courier deliveries are usually made between 08:00 and 17:00. All deliveries must be signed for (unless otherwise agreed). If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a card with a contact number for you to call. It is then your responsibility to liaise with the local courier depot to arrange safe delivery of your parcel. You will be responsible for any further costs if the item is returned to us as undeliverable, or there is an excessive time lapse that incurs further charges from the courier company.
IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
Please allow extra time for deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle Of Man, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.
Tracking Your Order
You can look and see if there are any notes attached to you order that affect the delivery, by logging in and then going to ‘My Account’.
Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive all your products, please check that they have been dispatched by using our tracking facility (simply log in and then go to ‘My Account’). If your order is not en route to you, please email us at email@example.com or telephone +44 (0)330 330 9901. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. We need to be aware of any returns in advance but the returns address will normally be – FulcrumHUB, Unit 1154 Aztec West, Bristol BS32 4TF, UK. Please see Returns and Exchanges below.
Please note the following when you select one of the delivery options:
1. All costs exclude VAT;
2. Delivery schedules are 'best endeavours' and subject to weather and operating factors;
3. Orders will be processed as requested provided all items are in stock and all security checks have been passed.
