FulcrumHUB is dedicated to bringing new products as they come to market. This can sometimes lead to mis-promised timescales and products can be delayed by design, manufacturing and testing issues. We always strive to meet your expectations, sometimes things don't quite go to plan, but we do attempt to keep you informed every step of the way.
Occasionally orders or part of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

Difficulty in processing payment information
Cannot deliver to address provided
A duplicate order was placed
Cancelled due to customer request
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
