The Order Process
Products can be ordered in a number of ways, we try to make it as easy as possible for you to place an order but if you experience any problems please call us on +44 (0) 330 330 9901 or email email@example.com or chat with us online.
Via the website - Visit www.fulcrumhub.co.uk; see details below.
Via phone - Call us on +44 (0)330 330 9901 and we can take the order over the phone and process manually, payment can be via card or Paypal.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Electron, Visa Debit, American Express and Paypal or direct bank transfer.
Making a purchase via the website:
Just browse FulcrumHUB, and add any items that you wish to buy into the ‘order basket’.
(Alternatively you can put a list of items into the 'order form' and send to us for a quotation at firstname.lastname@example.org)
After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout Now' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Once you have input your delivery address details you will see options for shipping and the related cost.
At the last stage of the Checkout process you can decide to pay via a number of ways; online through our payment gateway provider Stripe, by telephone/internet banking, or by calling us with your payment details.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.
Pre or Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
When you receive 'confirmation of order' via email, this is to indicate that we have received your order.
It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.
We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.
We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.
In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
